### Our Story
### 1998
Lipsy launched, founded by Marcelle Stakol’s mother and marking the beginning of our story.
### 2008
Lipsy became part of NEXT, giving us the foundations to grow a portfolio of distinct brands.
### 2014
Lipsy partnered with some of the world’s best-known names, from Ariana Grande and Kate Upton to the Kardashian sisters.
### 2015
We moved from Berners Street to Glen House, doubling our office space as the team continued to grow.
### 2017
Lipsy closed its standalone website, bringing the brand exclusively to customers through NEXT.
### 2019
We acquired Marie Claire Fabled and relaunched it as Beauty at NEXT, expanding our portfolio into beauty.
### 2021
Love & Roses and Friends Like These launched, bringing new styles, customers and collaborations to our portfolio.
### 2022
Lipsy collaborated with Mary Katrantzou, while Love & Roses partnered with the V&A on its first collection.
### 2025
We acquired Seraphine, adding an established maternity and womenswear brand to our growing portfolio.
### 2026
BHOĒM and Cerene launched, alongside new Lipsy collaborations.
