The team works closely with brand partners to shape an offer that feels exciting, relevant and easy for customers to shop. From online discovery to physical retail, they combine strong category knowledge with commercial thinking to keep the range moving forward. ### Buying Buying is responsible for building a range that gives customers the right mix of newness, choice and trusted favourites. The team tracks trends, reviews performance and works closely with suppliers and brand partners to identify the products and launches with the strongest potential. They negotiate terms, plan ranges and balance instinct with data to make confident commercial decisions. ### Merchandising Merchandising is responsible for turning customer demand into a clear commercial plan. The team forecasts sales, manages stock and tracks performance across products, brands and channels to make sure the right products are available at the right time.
