From managing day-to-day financial operations to long-term planning and commercial analysis, the Finance team partners with colleagues across the business to support informed decision-making. They protect value, manage risk and provide the financial insight that enables our brands to grow with confidence. ### Business Operations Business Operations is responsible for keeping our business running efficiently, ensuring teams have the processes, systems and support they need to succeed. Working across multiple functions, the Operations team drives continuous improvement, solves complex challenges and helps deliver seamless day-to-day operations. Their work enables our teams to focus on what they do best while supporting the continued growth of the business. ### People The People team is responsible for creating an outstanding colleague experience, supporting our people from attraction through to development and beyond.
