### Buying
As a Buyer, you'll own the product journey from concept to customer. From spotting emerging trends and building exciting ranges to negotiating with suppliers, you'll balance creativity with commercial thinking to deliver products our customers love, without compromising on quality or value.
### Design
Designers combine trend forecasting, creativity and commercial insight to develop seasonal collections that reflect each brand's identity. From the first concept to final samples, they collaborate across teams to create products that excite customers and keep our brands moving forward.
### Merchandising
Merchandisers combine data, insight and commercial awareness to make informed decisions that drive performance. Working closely with Buyers and Designers, they forecast demand, manage stock and shape product ranges to maximise sales while delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
### Technical
From initial design through to products arriving in store, Technical teams work closely with Design, Buying and suppliers to ensure every style meets our quality standards. Through expert fit sessions, product testing and supplier collaboration, they help deliver products our customers can trust.

Premier Park Studios in North West London is where our products take centre stage. Home to our photography studios and Creative teams, it's where thousands of products are photographed and brought to life through inspiring imagery, video and content that showcases our brands across every channel.
