Finance

Finance is responsible for providing the insight, governance and financial expertise that supports the success of our business. From managing day-to-day financial operations to long-term planning and commercial analysis, the Finance team partners with colleagues across the business to support informed decision-making. They protect value, manage risk and provide the financial insight that enables our brands to grow with confidence.

Business Operations

Business Operations is responsible for keeping our business running efficiently, ensuring teams have the processes, systems and support they need to succeed. Working across multiple functions, the Operations team drives continuous improvement, solves complex challenges and helps deliver seamless day-to-day operations. Their work enables our teams to focus on what they do best while supporting the continued growth of the business.

The People team is responsible for creating an outstanding colleague experience, supporting our people from attraction through to development and beyond. Partnering with teams across the business, they recruit, develop and support our colleagues while championing wellbeing, belonging, and engagement. Through people-focused initiatives and expert guidance, they help create an environment where everyone can thrive and deliver their best.

Workspace & Admin

The Workspace & Administration team is responsible for creating an organised, welcoming and efficient environment where our people can do their best work. From managing our workspaces and supporting leaders to coordinating day-to-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly, they provide the essential support that enables every team across the business to succeed.
